Friend and fellow drummer Chris Sullivan and I penned this -- he the lyrics and I the dialogue -- then acted it out (I was Bubba) over his drums and my guitar/bass stuff. In my garage, in Cavasso Nuovo. Fun times!

Bubba: You know, Cletus?
Cletus: Yeah, Bubba?
Bubba: I was reading the National Enquirer on the John today -
Cletus: Uh-huh?
Bubba: And it says the world's coming to a end pretty soon.
Cletus: Yep.
Bubba: So, I figured I better make out my will pretty quick.
Cletus: Ahh.
Bubba: But just one thing I'm having a hard time deciding: who's gonna get my bass boat - you, or Mabel?
The circle has no end
These dreams, they haunt again
Rips my sanity
Taking life from me
Cletus: Well, now Mabel drives a pretty mean bass boat, but dadgum Bubba she can't fish for a damn.
Bubba: Yeah, you got a point. I reckon I'll just give her the shot gun.
Cletus: What about your porcelain Elvis collection?
Bubba: See, that's another problem, see. I figured the aliens would want to keep that for themselves.
Cletus: Oh yeah. What was I thinking?
Walk the streets alone
No place to call my home
To alleviate
Escape a certain fate
Bubba: So, what about you - you ready?
Cletus: Ready for what?
Bubba: Ready for the end of the world, dummy.
Cletus: Oh yeah, that.
(Cletus takes a moment to think about it)
Cletus: Well I guess I just got one problem.
Bubba: Uh-huh?
Cletus: Who's gonna go see Wrestlemania '96 if we're all dead?
Bubba: Don't you worry, Cletus. We'll all have front row seats up there in heaven.
Cletus: That'll sure be real nice.
Cletus: Yeah, Bubba?
